Kongskilde presents the stubble cultivator Vibro Flex 7440 H and the front mounted disc cultivator Front Terra Disc 4000 H for efficient decomposition of plant residues and weed-control
Kongskilde, the cultivator specialist, has an extensive range of stubble cultivators. Correct stubble cultivation means that straw and plant residues are quickly decomposed, efficient germination of lost seeds and weed control and a well-prepared seed bed in mulch tillage systems.
The Vibro Flex 7440 H is a an all-round stubble cultivator for both conventional stubble and mulch tillage, thanks to the constantly-vibrating Vibro Flex tines leaving an open soil structure and creating an extra crumbling effect, as the soil breaks up in the natural fracture lines.
Facts: Kongskilde stubble cultivator Vibro flex 7440 H
- Working depths from 6 – 15 cm in one pass and up to 25 cm in following pass
- Constantly-vibrating tines for open soil structure and extra crumbling
- Constant working depth thanks to the design of the vibrating tines
- Four rows of tines for intensive mixing of residues with soil
- A wide range of fully mounted and trailed versions (working width between 3.0 and 7.0 m)
Kongskilde Vibro Flex 7440 H is a fully mounted stubble cultivator with 4 rows of the genuine Kongskilde Vibro Flex mixing tines. The working width is 4.0 meter, the transport width is only 2.5 meter.
The frame clearance of 800 mm and the large tine spacing is giving blockage-free operation. The front row has symmetrical tine pattern avoiding blocking is starting in front of the cultivator and the cultivator will always run straight behind the tractor.
The vibrating mixing tines has a unique curve for extra mixing of soil and residue. Soil and residue stay longer inside the working area to be picked-up once more and the tines leaves a more level and equal surface behind the last row of tines.
The working depth is constant, as share point always operates directly under the tine flex point. The Vibro Flex 7440 H has low horse power requirement combined with fuel saving through the use of vibrating tines.
The final levelling out is made by individual spring-loaded leveling devices with built-in stone release. The leveling devices does not plug-up even with large quantities of plant residues.
Dept control is made by a rear roller. Consistent soil compaction after cultivation ensures a fast germination of weed seeds and lost grains. Good contact between soil and plant residues provides optimum conditions for quick decomposition.
Facts: Kongskilde Front Terra Disc 4000 H
Kongskilde Front Terra Disc 4000 H is a compact front mounted disc cultivator, which is suitable for both stubble preparation and seedbed preparation. The Front Terra Disc consists of two rows of discs made into small sections. The working angle of the discs is hydraulically adjustable.
