With the new series of Becker Aeromat “e-motion“, Becker is able to fulfill the high standards requested by professional farmers and contractors.

Stepless adjustment of seed-spacing, tramline adjustment related to different tractor wheel settings, working width from the sprayer or slurry tanker, can all now be regulated and adjusted from the tractor cab. In addition to this, the maintenance of the electric drive is much easier compared to the mechanical transmission of chains and sprockets. The electric system is based on the ISOBUS standard and thus compatible. The Becker monitor can, as well as programming the control functions, give the end-user the opportunity to store data from the field and to pre-programme various systems in advance.

Less and Clear Adjustment – Easy and Logical Operation
The Becker Aeromat Compressed Air System meters the seed independently of the calibration of the seeds. There is absolutely no need for time consuming adjustment of seed selection and new trial tests when changing seed variety as the CAS-system will work it out. Required seed-spacing can be programmed by a single ‘touch’ of the monitor, automatically setting the required spacing. Seed-spacing can be changed during drilling.

Wear and Tear
The use of the Becker Aeromat “e-motion” automatically removes the need for mechanical powering for each individual unit. This reduces the general maintenance, compared with the use of chains and sprockets.

Tramline
The use of wide tires e.g. from slurry tankers or sprayers, damaging plant rows, increases the demand for the use for tramlines. Various tramline combinations can be programmed due to the support of the electronic powering from the Becker Aeromat “e-motion”. It offers a variety of combinations, all related of course to the row-distance of the drill, wheel distance and working width of the slurry tanker and/or sprayer.

Savings
As well as the savings made from reduced maintenance costs by not using mechanical drives to the units, the use of the electronic shut-off system for each row unit allows the non drilling of seed when required (e.g. when finishing off or drilling irregular shaped fields) which again, by using the Becker Aeromat “e-motion”, results in a cost saving.
