Kongskilde South Africa (pty) Ltd
Kongskilde South Africa (Pty) Ltd (referred to as KSA) commenced business in 1976 in Boksburg, a town situated approximately 35 kilometres east of Johannesburg, in rented premises selling soil and grain line equipment.
In 1986 Danish companies disinvested from South Africa following the imposition of sanctions, and KSA was sold to a local group.
During 1992 Kongskilde Denmark returned to South Africa and the present company was formed to house the group’s activities.
Following continued growth and the need to provide for further expansion KSA purchased its own premises of just under 12000 m sq in 1994, with additional land of nearly 7500 m sq being purchased 4 years later.
The buildings have over time been extensively altered and expanded, with the latest addition the erection of an 1800 m sq warehouse building in 2009.
KSA today has a sales, service and parts division for the SOIL, GRASS, GRAIN AND INDUSTRY divisions.
Supported by strong European production facilities KSA is able to offer a comprehensive range of products throughout the different sales groups.
